Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
